I followed your guide and it worked flawlessly! I have a question - when updates happen, how do you update with portainer?
Thank you again!

good morning and thanks for your work. I am following your tutorial by immich but I find a problem. when verifying the yaml file it gives me errors, 4 to be exact, and it is to create the library and postgrades folder. I have permissions given to this folder and I have tried to create them manually, but it does not work. would you know where the error is? thank you very much

Why not give our Terra Photos a try? It's more convenient to install and use, and we will be rolling out a major upgrade to the AI facial recognition feature in the upcoming version. Stay tuned!
Hi TMeric! Will there be an Android mobile app for Terra Photos?
That is the main reason I refuse to use Terra Photos.
Cheers,
Israel.

Hi pixelspusher,
Thanks for sharing your guide on setting up Immich it's been incredibly helpful! I’ve successfully implemented it using Docker and Portainer, and the integration with my NAS storage works seamlessly. The mobile app's auto-backup feature is a game changer for managing photos across devices.

I just used it to backups my photos to my new F4-424-Pro. But I saw the 12.000 files in just one folder "Album backup" at my home directory. Would it be possible to segment the files, at least for year-month? 12.000 files on the same directory are not easy to navigate, browse, search...

Hello, you can add this 'Album Backup' folder in the Media Index, then manage photos in the Photos app. It supports more refined search and filtering.
