What are your TNAS model and TOS version?
It is currently not easy to speculate on other possibilities.

An unknown issue is preventing Qbittorrent from being enabled. We may only need remote assistance to check and determine the cause of the problem.

I am having this same issue. I'm getting Error 404 nginx/1.21.0 when trying to open QBitorrent.
I have a new 424 Pro and my TOS version is: 5.1.145-00320
What can I do to resolve? Thanks

We have verified the same issue and are currently investigating it.
Temporary solution:
1. Use dedicated port 8282 to access qBittorrent.
2. Try restarting the qBittorrent app or TNAS.
