Hello, this is another question that is not on this topic. If you need to modify the permissions of the resolv.conf file, you can refer to the method provided in this thread

I am also having the same issue, but it's not limited to the Docker Registry. It seems that DNS resolution is broken on this new version. Since it can't resolve the registry URL, it can't pull the images. None of my containers can resolve internet addresses.
