Email support, you're in need of more assistance than a forum post.
Unless there's a jumper installed on your drives, these should be full speed & not SATA1 speed.

Please try to remove your drive and reinstall it, make sure your drive is installed correctly. it this issue is still present, it could be a hardware failure, please contact our service team for warranty service. Find the contact from my signature.

Of course, I took out and inserted the disk repeatedly. I inserted different disks into slot 2. I even installed TOS 4. The result is the same: the device does not work as it should, because it is defective.
I contacted the customer service email and opened a dispute on Aliexpress. Let's see how your vaunted service works
