Update:
To recap. I have now reinstalled everything, which is relatively fast for me because I have a corresponding recovery plan as a company admin.
Once again for the Terra Master team for information.
During the update from 1.0.156 to 1.0.158 it came to the said crash. After the upgrade, the Terra Master system was no longer accessible via SSH and the WebInferface.
I created the following prerequisites before the update:
I have the following application running:
Virtuel Box with Ubuntu Server VM
Surveillance APP
Plex Media APP.
The following I have done BEFORE the update:
VM shut down. Uninstalled Virtuel Box
Surveillance APP Disabled
Plex Media APP Disabled.
Then I patched and it came to the said incident.
Other than that, the NAS only provides SMB and encrypted share folders for the internal network.
I don't know if it is possible to reproduce this update crash. Unfortunately, I do not have the capacity to test this.
If there are further questions about the crash I am available for questions.

Thank you very much for your information! We will try to verify such issue in our lab. I suspect that some services were not completely stopped before the system update, which caused some system files to be damaged.

I had to reinstall the system because it was no longer showing me the web interface. But now through smb I see the USB disks inserted but from the TOS file explorer I don't see any USB device, not even the UPS. Before, everything worked fine. What happened?

I'm frustrated with constantly updates and each update causes endless problems. I almost have to reconfigure my apps every time so that they can work.

one solution would be to just sit on the version you are and not upgrade until they get a stable version unless theres an issue in your version that needs to be fixed urgently, in a way im glad they arent working on an ARM version just yet so us on the 210 series arent affected by all this
