If you go from Control Panel -> Scheduled Task to e.g. Notification goes, then you get a message. Sometimes you can't go to "Scheduled Tasks" at all

everything works. but not the website
the nginx service is stopped and won't start. I don't know if I have to see.
What service is the web frontend and how do I start it?

I don't really know how to get more data.
redirection from 80 to 8181 works but no one is listening there. in 5443 either.
in iniparse.log everything seems to boot fine.
Has the web been configured wrong in the update?
How can I see that or start that service?
what log you like see?

I have an issue when I updated to 152, I cant download new updates throw the TNAS nor upload the update from my local compute.
The download will failed about 61% progress, and the upload failed at 50% progress.
Is there any other way than reinstall the whole operation system?
Anybody can help me? Thank you!
