Good Afternoon,

I have a F5-421, I purchased the system on the 9/2/2021.
That same that I connected to the MAegaDisck and worked perfectly and Dropbox.

A week later I verified that MegaDisk was not syncing.
I removed the connection, and since then I cannot connect to the MegaDisck, it always gives me an Operation Fail message.

Please I need Help.

We have no problems running on many devices.
Is it possible to let our engineer check it remotely?You can send an email to our tech team to confirm it.
