I'll try to explain better the problem.
The "admin" folder and it's contents are visible and accessible both via web interface or via Windows Explorer:
Explorer.jpg
WEB.jpg
If I go to TOS Control Panel – Privileges – User – select the user and Edit – Permission
I can see all the folders,
except the "admin" folder:
WEB_Control_Panel_User.jpg
Same thing on TOS Control Panel – Privileges – Shared Folder:
WEB_Control_Panel.jpg
Why it isn't visible there?
Moreover, the folder and it's content (all the subfolders and files too) is fully Readable/Writable via Web interface, but in Windows Explorer it is fully Readable/Writable
only in the first level of subfolder:
Explorer_Subfolders.jpg
While for the other levels of the subfolders I can't paste, create or edit files and folders; I obtain always the following error:
-in Italian
Per eseguire l'operazione è necessaria l'autorizzazione
Per modificare il file, è necessaria l'autorizzazione da Unix User\sync
-in English (translated)
Authorization is required to perform the operation
To edit the file, permission from Unix User\sync is required

Why this strange behavior?
Before the problems described at the beginning of this thread, all was working perfectly!
