I'm cross posting in case this is a better topic for this inquiry.

Short version is that I have a new f2-221 replacing an f2-221 which failed. I followed instructions to use the raid 1 pair of WD red drives and reinstalled TOS 4.2.09. Now, despite all privileges set and shares mounted, I can only read or copy my data. I cannot change or add anything to the TNAS shares. I receive a pop-up error saying that the file system is read only.
Anyone know how to make the file system, BTRFS fully useable again?
Thanks.

Hi,
I have replied to your first post, please pay attention to backup data.
Your hard disk may have bad hardware blocks, you need to check your hard disk.
If you want to make the BTRFS file system directly available again, you can find a professional data company technician.

No bad blocks. Spent nearly 8 hours running checks

The hardware or the TOS hoses the file system and the manufacturer of the hardware and file system doesn't know how to fix?
