Telnet not working

I'm trying to access TNAS by Telnet, I've activated Telnet protocol :

But every time I try to access I get the "connection to host lost" error.

Can SSH connect? Have you tried other software telnet connection such as putty.

SSH works, but regarding telnet, nor the Windows telnet or putty works.

Hi,
This may be because the connection is unstable and requires multiple connections to connect successfully.
We will verify and solve the problem.
If the connection is still unstable after changing the IP and port, please use SSH first.
