Whats the difference between TerraMaster D5-300C and the TerraMaster F5-221 there is a massive price difference

D5-300C is basically a fancy RAID enabled external USB drive so no network capability.
F5-221 TOS 4.2.09 4x4TB Seagate Ironwolf, 1x240GB Ironwolf SSD (Cache)
