Image load error!

Whenever I try to view images in the TOS file manager I get an error that says "image load error!" does anyone else get this and if so do they know how to fix it? I couldn't find anything else about it online. Any help would be appreciated. Reid

Can your other shared folders be loaded normally? How many pictures are in this folder?

First, you can try to clear the browser cache or change the browser.
What hard drive are you using?

Is it possible to let our engineer check it remotely? You can send an email to our tech team.

My movies tend to be loading normally and my music says it is unable to ply the .mp3 file type but I am able to download that file onto my computer, which I think is how it is supposed to act. I am an artist and I have ALOT of picture file type and sizes so that might be part of the problem.

I tried using both Chrome and Edge and both browsers have the same problem. I have a 4TB Toshiba HDD and a 4TB WD HDD in JBOD.

I would be happy to let you guys remote in, what email should I write to?
