After the recent TOS update, have been having issues accessing device. Performed several troubleshooting efforts, and was finally able to get the system back up after reloading software. I can not access my Volume 2 data (Disks 3-4) via file manager or windows.
Request assistance.

No response from Terra Master Tech Support concerning this issue.
Update:
1. completed bad block scan on all drives, and appears drives are good to go.
2. after scan still unable to access Volume #2 data (via TOS file manager or Windows)
3. shutdowd system (soft shutdown via TOS GUI); moved VOL#2 drive to slots 1-3; powered up sys- same issue exists
4. shutdown system (soft shutdown via TOS GUI); moved VOL#2 disks back to slots 2-4; powered up sys-same issue
Please help= according to TOS the data still remains on VOL#2 but I can NOT access it

Hi,
If you want to view the contents of the shared folder created in Volume 2, you can go to the TOS control panel-shared folders-select the shared folder and modify user permissions
If you want to view Pubulic and Appdata in Volume 2,you can go to TOS Control Panel – Privileges – Shared Folder – Advanced – Restore to VOL#2

Re: Nothing bu issues on F4-210....Volume/Data Inaccessible after Reinstall?
It appears I had to change the Read/Write permissions for the specified Volume after the upgrade. It would be wise when "pushing" firmware/software updates for already set-up systems to have permissions follow.
TM either needs to provide specific update steps IOT allow users to correctly update and reinitialize their systems IAW previous operations /OR/ the EXACT same permissions should copy forth-with in the upgrades!
