Fail to access folder

Hi,

I have problem to access some folder inside the public folder. I have admin account and try to access the folder either use web page or the ftp. Both i can not access, in the web page panel, it says "you have no permission to read this file/folder." I go to property and change the permission, i click the read/write for admin, it shows operation sucess. but when i click back again into property, the read/write box is unclick.

What's the folder name of the subfolder? Is there any space or special characters in the name?
