FTP loses credentials after a period of time

I have an F2-210 running TOS 4.1.32

My IP camera uses FTP to save videos over the LAN. About once a month or so, it's unable to login to FTP. I can correct this by setting the FTP password again on the TNAS or by rebooting the TNAS. I did setup an automatic start and stop each week, but this week it failed after 6 days and the restart beeping is too annoying to do this every day.

It appears that the camera is able to create a new folder, but not save any files.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Whether the space of the volume is used up,or you can send an email to our tech team and let our engineer check it remotely?
