I need to store private information of clients of a company, and I want to store it on the NAS, with a private user who can only access that folder that user.

Is it possible that a user without permissions gets to enter this folder and see the content? Or even extract it?

if you set a folder only accessible by only one specific user, no other user can access this folder and no one else can read or write in this folder.
