I have the same problem reported in this thread - viewtopic.php?p=37884. But I am using the D4-300 with a Lenovo Thinkpad X220 running Linux. The D4-300 seems to constantly reboot and the X220 won't boot until I power off the D4-300 and then restart it after a while.
The answer in the other thread was that it's a BIOS setting issue, but which BIOS setting? Thanks

This is related to the boot settings in the BIOS. You can try disabling USB boot or turning off USB detection.
This option is usually found in the Boot section of the BIOS.
