So, after the usual beta period and a few days of final candidate, macOS 27 is released. If you have been using a Thunderbolt Terramaster RAID with a Mac for some time, you have seen the system alerts warning you that the Terramaster software will be incompatible with a future version of macOS. This time of year I always wonder, is it this version?
macOS 27 is differs from many previous upgrades, as it totally drops support for Intel processors. It's a pretty big change. Maybe the warning has to do with some Intel native code in the drivers or RAID manager from Terramaster?
So my question is, has anyone had the courage and time to test the RAID driver and/or RAID Manager pro on macOS 27?

Highpoint Technologies, the IC solution used in the D5 (RocketRAID 2720SGL), has had Apple Silicon drivers & software posted for quite a long time:
The D2 uses an ASMedia solution, which should function through AHCI drivers built into Mac OS.

Yes, I that's what I thought, but I wonder what casuses the macOS incompability warnings that's been going on since (I think) macOS 14 Sonoma.crisisacting wrote: ↑Yesterday, 05:50Highpoint Technologies, the IC solution used in the D5 (RocketRAID 2720SGL), has had Apple Silicon drivers & software posted for quite a long time:

Meanwhile, I hooked up a secondary computer running macOS 27 and connected my D8-332. It showed up just fine. Didn't do much, just glanced through a couple of folders. But bodes well, I think. Interestingly, the system complaint saying that software from Highpoint Technologies will be incompatible still popped up.
