[Help] BIOS Version - BJFX-ADLN-211
I have the F8 Plus with TOS 6.x and each time I try to update to TOS 7, the system reboots and reinitializes as though its a factory default. My BIOS version is BJFX-ADLN-211. This BIOS is dated 11/28/2025. I have searched the forums, but I dont see this bios version anywhere. How do I fix this issue?

Your BIOS version (BJFX-ADLN-211) is already the latest official version for the F8 Plus.
To help isolate and resolve the upgrade issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
To help isolate and resolve the upgrade issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Verify TOS Version: Go to Control Panel > General Settings > System to check your current version. Please ensure the NAS is updated to TOS 6.0.794, as upgrading to TOS 7 requires TOS 6.0.794 as the base version.
- Test Without Non-System Drives: Power off the NAS, temporarily remove all non-system data drives, and reboot the system to test the upgrade process again.

Re: [Help] BIOS Version - BJFX-ADLN-211
I did as requested and the update reverts back to a init state and wants to re-initialize the entire install process.
On a side note, I also removed all of the old partitions off the drives just to see if that might be causing an issue as well, but that didnt help this problem either.

Please try clearing your browser cache or using your browser's incognito mode to update again.
You can also try removing the USB drive installed on the internal motherboard of your NAS before updating again.
