[Help] Tripp-Lite UPS 900AVR

Post by eqwalker »

I have two Terramaster NAS units (F4-425 and F4-424 Pro). They have both been updated to TOS 7. I have just purchased two Tripp-Lite AVR 900 UPS's to go with them since they are on the UPS compatibility list. Neither NAS will detect the UPS's. I have tried different USB cables, thinking the included ones with the UPS may be the issue, but to no avail. Reboot the NAS's still no go. I purchased these specifically since they were on the compatibility list. Is there something I am doing wrong with this? Thanks for any guidance on this.

F2-221 TOS7.0.1130 - 1x3TB Ext4, 1x4TB Btrfs
F2-425+ TOS7.0.1130 - 2x500GB nvme (P3) Traid, 2x6TB HDD (EXOS) Traid

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the UPS.

If it still doesn't work after another try, please grab a system report from both NAS units before you reboot or power them off, and email them to our support team. (TOS > Support and Help >Report Issues)

Don't forget to include your forum name and a link to this thread in the email so we know it's from you.
To contact our team, please send email to following addresses, remember to replace (at) with @:
