[Help] Problem with upgrade From TOS 6 to 7 [SOLVED]

Hi all

I have an F4-425 plus, 16 GB RAM, 4 × 10 TB HDDs in RAID 5, NVMe Storage Pool 2: 2 × 1 TB NVMe in RAID 1, NVMe Storage Pool 3: 1 × 512 GB NVMe (Single Disk). TOS is on the RAID 5 not the NVME. Bios is MTWL0101.V07.

Yesterday I decided to upgrade from TO6.x to TOS 7.0.0747 and that seemed to go okay to a degree, there were no errors during the upgrade.....Everything looked ok until I saw that storage manager was completely blank so I started clicking around then noticed file manager and app centre were completely blank also..and when I say blank I mean nothing, no text or pictures at all, just a square box. At that point I figure if I upgrade to TOS 7.0.0804 this will resolve the issue...it did not.
I reached out to TM support who did a remote session with me but couldn't find the answer at the time and scheduled another remote session this morning. As soon as he logged on the problem was 'resolved' and he assured me this would not happen again.

I have just just logged into the NAS and everything is blank again!!

Has anyone had any experience of this before or can anyone guide me please? Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Thanks. I did see this. I was just a little concerned about downgrading Storage Manager from 1.0.059 to 1.0.054 without some confirmation from other users that it resolves the issue and doesn't introduce any new ones.

I THINK I might have figured it. Hopefully this will help someone else.

After downgrading Storage Manager and still having the same problems, I had a brainwave. I logged into TOS in Incognito mode and it everything was fine, all the screens populated correctly

With that working I just closed the incognito window, disabled all my chrome extensions, logged in to a normal chrome window and it works, storage manager, file manager and the app centre are all fine now. I have been through each extension in turn and narrowed down the culprit and allowed the NAS access and all seems fine now.

Fingers crossed it stays this way
