I simply posted info in an attempt to get better ideas of the issue and from what I see in several years there has been little posted in this thread so maybe this example right here is part of what I am pointing out that not only is there limited info, one other person that chimes in that isn't the dev is less than helpful, just condescending.

Before it was still the app made by you - qBittorrent TOS6 5.1.2.0 x86_64 downloaded via https://tmnascommunity.eu/download/qbittorrent/

This app on Tos7 is using a slightly different path to store the config files comparing with TOS6. I will provide an update version that will reatore the old config and data if the TOS system is upgraded.

question - I have t4-220 TOS 5.1.67 and downloaded qBittorrent from https://tmnascommunity.eu/download/qbit ... Bittorrent TOS7_TOS6 5.2.2.2 x86_64.tpk and that is not working - The fille is incorrect and stops
Can't find in in the app centre on the NAS . Can't find any apps in the app centre - to begin with.
Where I can find right download file .tpk ?

You are running Tos5. That download appears to be for Tos6 and/or Tos7. You would need to find a Tos5 compatible version.
