I am using TOS7 (Build 765) on a F4-425 Plus that I purchased 1 day ago.
Note that all my other computers are either Mac or Windows. I do not have much experience at all using Linux.
I have managed to get Jellyfin working and the community app version of Tailscale. I have previous experience with the Windows version of Jellyfin that helped a lot. \
Everything is working as I like, but I simply want both Jellyfin and Tailscale to start whenever the NAS starts. So I just want those two applications to start at start up.
I find that the Scheduled Tasks Control Panel is very conterintuitive. If I select Trigger Based task schedule I can select Start Up as an option, but i can't select Tailscale and Jellyfin. If I select Enable/Disable services, I can select Tailscale and Jellyfin, but I cant choose Startup as an option, I must nominate a specific time!
Surely I should be able to use system Start as the relevant trigger, and then choose Tailscale and Jellyfin as the relevant apps that I want to start?
Any help will be appreciated.
I also eventually want to set things up so my NAS switches off at say 1 AM and then restarts at say 6 AM every day just to save some power. And ideally I would like it to switch off after doing a virus scan using ClamAV. But at the moment I am working on simply getting Jellyfin and Tailscale to start at boot.

Hello. I have just installed the 7.0.777 update which has fixed this issue. Jellyfin and Tailscale now start automatically after start up.
Please feel free to update this thread to "SOLVED". I'm not sure how to do it myself.
