[Help] TNAS Mobile App on Iphone failing uploading photos

I am also stuck at 3 photos. Every time I try to back up photos, it uploads 3 and then gets stuck. It was fine on TOS 6, but now on TOS 7, I am stuck.

Have you started using the new TNAS mobile app released alongside the official version of TOS 7? (You can search for "TNAS mobile" in the App Store to install it.)

Please let us know the app version you are using.

If the issue persists, we recommend collecting the logs and sending them to our technical support email for further investigation.

I am using the updated version of TNAS Mobile Version 3.5.077. When I updated the mobile version,
it asked me to update the TOS 6 to TOS 7 for photo backup. Now I updated to TOS 7, and it's stuck on the photo backup

To help us pinpoint and resolve the issue, please email the full logs from iPhone > File > My iPhone/TNAS Mobile 3/Log to [email protected]. Include the relevant forum thread link and your forum ID. Additionally, noting the exact time the issue occurred would be highly appreciated for faster troubleshooting.

I emailed support. I was wondering previously, when it was doing a backup, it was connected to vpn automatically on mobile. Cause i use NordVPN in my NAS. Now, NAS is connected to vpn but the mobile doesn't connect to vpn automatically when trying to do a backup. But both case its same. It's stuck to 2 or 3 photos.
