[Help] Online viewing of pdf files

Hi,

not sure if this is the correct forum, if not, could an admin move it to the required forum.

I'd like guidance, on how we can view pdf files, jpg files etc, without needing to download and install a separate app, as currently we receive:

The Online Office application cannot be opened. Please contact the administrator for assistance.

We host files for a local organisation, and these need to be reviewed by an external auditor, for which we give them access to the online tnas application, but they needed to download the files in the end, however it would be really great, if they didn't need to download the files, but could view them in the online folder.

Would anyone any suitable, and easy to perform solutions for this scenario?

I am guessing that the specific user has not been granted permissions within the app. {>Control Panel > Applications > Select app > Edit}

My guess, TOS 5 or TOS 6 is your current OS, TOS 7 is coming soon. After update, you will have the feature.
