[Help] Changes to polling time are ignored
I disable the task, edit the polling time and save it back, then re-enable it, it always stays at 5hrs. TOS 7 v559 App 3.2.041

Re: [Help] Changes to polling time are ignored
Also could the task detail show the last run date/time or the next run date/time or both. I have to look at the log to see the last time the task ran.

We have recorded your feedback in detail and will include it in the evaluation plan for CloudSync product optimization.
Re: [Help] Changes to polling time are ignored
Two things, first and I guess I never tried it before, I attempted to create a new task with blanks in the task name. No error but it wouldn't let be go to the next screen.
Also in creating the new task it let me set the polling to in this case 8 hours, it seemed to have taken. But editing the initial task, it still ignores the change. My thinking is I'll just disable that one, create a new one doing the same thing and see if the polling update works. "Can't hurt to try"

Re: [Help] Changes to polling time are ignored
Figured it out (I think), it's the hours field. If I enter 2 and tab to Hours, it switches it back to 5 hours.
If I enter 120 and change it from hours to minutes, it's happy to set it to 120min (2 hours).

Re: [Help] Changes to polling time are ignored
The minimum value here is set to 5, so if you need a polling time less than 5, such as 2 hours, it will automatically change to 5. You can switch to 120 minutes.

Task name with blanks is not allowed, we've highlighted this information with a red border, which is why you can't proceed to the next page.

Re: [Help] Changes to polling time are ignored
Yes, now I'm curious, I should go to the help page see it if describes how it works. IMO It's not very clear at first attempt to set the values.
Thank you though for explaining/confirming
Update: Page needs a better explanation
