Terrasync latest version deletes client files

Hi, I have encountered an issue when I updated TerraSync to the latest version.
the file on the server are ok, but all the files on the clients where deleted by the TerraSync task, even if the delete file options is disabled and the redownload files when deleted is enabled. The tasks are both bidirectional syncs.
Any suggestion?
I tryed to delete the tasks and recreate them, but no files where downloaded on the clients.

Ps.: the server is a f4 424 max and the clients are both f2 424. all TerraSync (both server and clients) are version 2.1.540

Tryed, but version 2.1.541 is not available on my device (client version of app, updater says it's updated as it is at 2.1.540, server is already running 2.1.541)

Ok, I have disabled the server and then re-enabled it, now it seems working.

sorry to set this topic to unsolved, but after downloading all the files on the clients, TerraSync re-deleted them... again...

Please try creating a new task, and after that, try not to stop or restart the TerraSync server. Then wait for further updates.

tried, but the task donwloads all the files on the client then deletes them again (as of log).

Sorry for the issue again. Based on your description, this behavior is not expected. If the “Delete files” option is disabled and “Redownload files when deleted” is enabled, client files should not be removed during normal bidirectional synchronization.

To better investigate the issue, please export logs from TerraSync app and TNAS PC then send to support at terra-master.com for analysis
