TerraSync tasks have stopped working on my F4-424. All the files on the server are fine, but they no longer sync to the computer despite showing the "Up-to-date" status in TNAS PC for Windows.
The sync tasks are configured as follows:
- Bidirectional (without on-demand)
- No file or size restrictions
I have tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling TerraSync on the server.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling TNAS PC for Windows on the computer.
- Deleting and recreating the server and tasks in the TNAS PC for Windows program.
- Changing the sync path on the computer.
Sometimes, I have limited success and a portion of the files copy to the computer, but then after pausing and resuming the task once it says "Up-to-date", it deletes most the files.
Please let me know what I can do to get this functioning again as our company is stuck without this feature.

To better resolve your issue, please collect the logs from the TerraSync client and server and send them to our technical support email address (support(at)terra-master.com). We will then analyze them.
