All of my folders are showing, but none of my files are visible. I’ve already tried restoring the shared folders, but nothing appears afterward. I also tried reinstalling TOS 6.
The storage pool shows up, and the volume reports the correct amount of used data, but nothing is visible in File Manager.
The strange thing is that Plex can still play all of my movies, even though I can’t see them in either the TOS File Manager or Windows File Explorer.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Also, when I tried switching to root over SSH, it wouldn’t let me. Does anyone know how to gain root access in TOS 6?

This sounds strange
You can collect a system report and send it to the support email for verification If necessary in the future, we can also arrange engineers to help you conduct remote inspections.
