Hello , i have f2-220 with TOS 5.1.67-00214
With Plexserver , qBittorrent ,Web Server ,Docker Engine , Docker Manager
I read and follow guide step by step viewtopic.php?f=83&t=2821
I install vpn server from app center ,the version installed was 2.0.49 trying L2tp/IpSec , but with this option, never open port 1701 so dont work
With PPTP dont work the client say can not establish conecction with this port
With open vpn , the client allways , gime me and error, i try all user authentication , data encryption no one works
I double check the ports are correcty fowarding
trying and trying for serveral hours and dont work
I reboot server many time time , stoping all software ( Plexserver , qBittorrent ,Web Server ,Docker Engine , Docker Manager ) , unistalling vpn server and install again , and i have same problems
Some strange , when i configure vpn server, at 5 secconds allway popup message saying tips , stop me to continue configure it

Please update to latest TOS5 version viewtopic.php?t=6355 then test again

Reinstall vpn server and the problem persist, dont work vpn server

I wonder if you may have missed the step of port mapping on the router. Since different brands of routers have varying management modes, we do not provide detailed steps for port mapping.
Additionally, when testing the VPN connection, please perform the test from another remote network that is different from the NAS's network.

I really sure portmapping is ok , is not a router problem i double check it
I am allways try from outside network the vpn server
But dont work any of 3 options

It is recommended that you test the availability of remote access via "WAN IP/Domain + mapped port".
You may first test using the HTTP or HTTPS ports of the TOS web page.
Additionally, please make sure that you are using the independent account on the VPN Server instead of TOS account.
