[Help] F2-423 UPnP wont enable?
Any ideas, i recently re initialised my F2-423 it has the latest firmware but every time I try and enable UPnP it removes the tick from the box?

Hello! Please restart your TNAS device, as it is currently suspected that the issue may be due to a service not starting properly. Additionally, kindly provide the version information of your TOS system. You can go to the "Support & Help" section in the TOS interface, enable debug mode, and then send the generated log information to our support email. We will begin analyzing the logs immediately upon receipt.

The log file says UPnP says it's been enabled, but the box remains deselected?

For further in-depth analysis, please log in to the TOS system, download the complete system logs in Support & Help, and send them to the email address [email protected]. I will do that, another question I have encountered log in problems with Emby on another TM NAS and have been able to solve the issues via text editor but on the F2-423 when entering the config/system XTL I do not have text editor??
