Plex Media Server Will Not Load in Browser

Hi,

I have Plex Media Server v.1.42.2.10156 running on my F423 (TOS 6.0)

It seems to work fine, I can watch content on my TV and access it using the Plex Windows app on my laptop or using Plex/web.

However, when I log into my F423 and click on Plex it tries to open in my browser and nothing happens. Icon in the tab at the top of the page changes to Plex and I get the spinning circle around it for ages before it stops but I only get an empty white (sometimes black) screen.

Has anyone any idea what I can do to get it to load properly? Can I simply reinstall PMS over itself?

What is the specific version of TOS 6 you are currently running? You can uninstall the current Plex and delete the configuration files to reinstall it.

Hello, please upgrade to 6.0.794. Then uninstall the current Plex and delete the configuration files, then reinstall it.
