I do need more detailed help how to fix this:
* I changed the network interface to manual. I do not find how to put it to static. How do I do this?
* How do I access the terminal? I searched a bit and it should be under the Start menu, but it is not there. There is a 'Terminal & SNMP' option in the Control panel, but I have no idea what to do with it? Looking at the help, this is for external access.
* I still cannot upgrade TOS to the latest version as I still get an error for unsufficient space.

Re: [Help] Connection drops with NAS
Sorry for the missing information.
You can find Terminal in TOS Desktop - all app.
To modify the network interface configuration, please go to Control Panel - Network - Network Interface - Edit.
Then execute this instruction and then restart the NAS to check.
