[Share] Implementing UPS Shutdown with TOS NUT

Post by stevepaulquinn »

Hi Folks.

I'm used to working with NUT under FreeBSD. It's normally trivial that after a graceful shutdown of the NUT Server, to implement a UPS Power Off to save the AGM batteries.

I'm evaluating a Terramaster F4-424 Pro for a customer and I'm finding the NUT implementation does not expose the configuration files for this to function.

After many days of experimenting, I've come up with a working solution. I'd like to share my findings with this community.

I hope this is an appropriate place to do so.

Please let me know

Take care
