I just upgraded my 2017 iMac to Macos Ventura (I can't go any further now, as later versions are incompatible).
I noticed the TDAS volume was missing from my desktop, so I opened the RAID manager, but it looped for ever on "connection interrupted".
I've tried downloading the Thunderbolt driver and re-installing, but there's no improvement.
Anyone know what's going on? What can I try next?
Thanks!
EDIT: Forgot to say, the cable looks secure, and the light is green on the DAS.

Refer to the following link viewtopic.php?t=2462 .
The attachment contains the RAID driver suitable for installation on M-series Mac devices. You can first try installing this driver. If the device still doesn't work properly after installation, it is recommended that you watch relevant video tutorials to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for trying to help, but I did say it was a 2017 iMac. That's way older than M series!TMnight wrote: ↑15 Dec 2025, 10:53 Refer to the following link viewtopic.php?t=2462 .

Oddly, this morning the drive appeared on my desktop! I've just shut the machine down and I have to get to work, but I'll have another look this evening. Maybe this was a temporary glitch... I'll report back.
