[Help] Docker engine silently stops; bridges not working

Hi,

I have an F6-424 MAX, 6x 3TB drives, 2 x 2TB SSD. 1 SSD used for cache the other for firmware, terramaster software, etc.

I on on TOS 6.0.783-01200 / BIOS 5.26.

Yesterday installed the Docker Engine and Docker. I installed a container with mariadb and a container with phpmyadmin. Both containers on a single raid5 volume of app 15 TB. The containers share the same bridge.

SSH in the phpmysadmin container shows that the name mariadb is correctly resolved. However using the phpadmin interface wont connect with dbmaria. Same things happens when I install the lts version of Nextcloud.

Also multiple times per day the Docker Engine spontaniously is disabled.

Despite various remove, install, reinstall action, including starting from scratch, nothing helps.

Any help would be welcome!

Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Issue Report, then send it to our technical support email ([email protected]). We will analyze it.

I've decided to quit TOS.
As a router I am running Proxmox / Adguard / Caddy.
I'll try to get Proxmox running on the Terramaster.
If it works, I'll only have one technology stack to work with.
If it fails I'll reconsider TOS (7 perhaps...)

Regarding the specific settings and usage of containers, we are unable to assist you. As for Docker automatically shutting down, it may be caused by excessive RAM usage. We recommend limiting resources for each of your containers. As for more possible factors, you can send the system report mentioned above to the support email address; this might help us identify the issue.
