The different fonts on the main screen hurts my brain.

Every time I open the TNAS PC For Windows and I see the mixed fonts it hurts my brain, and the software suddenly doesn't seem to be professional.

Yes, I think you are. I cannot see any difference in the font you have highighted. There are more important concerns with TOS than a stupid font.
