Hello,
We own a bunch of TerraMaster NAS systems, and we noticed that on some of them, the hard drive trays are not properly locked anymore (the latch is a bit released).
As a result, we experienced a drive falling on the floor due to this, as the HDDs are not secured within the enclosure when moving the NAS.
Any idea how to fix it ? Is it a known issue ? Thanks !
