[Help] I need increase the Volume of my NAS...

Hi all, I have my NAS F4-223 with 4 disks 2TB in TRAID mode, my volume 5,43 TB is almost full, so from Teraamaster tools I saw that if replace 2 HD 2TB with 2 HD 4TB my total Volume in TRAID will become 8TB. So I bought two new 8TB hard drives and replaced them one at a time in the first two slots of my NAS F4-223, selecting option 1 (repair RAID). But to my surprise, after synchronizing the two drives, my volume remained the same. So I tried removing one disk at a time and instead of choosing "option 1" I tried selecting the other options, but the only one I can select is option 2 "Add disks to RAID" (the others 2 options are not selectable), but it asks me to add any USB drives, so it's not for me. Before I had four 2TB drives in TRAID with a volume of 5.43TB, now I have two 4TB and two 2TB drives but still a volume of 5.43TB. So how can I extend my volume?

Hello, I would like to confirm that when you select to replace the hard drives one by one and choose array online expansion, has the size of the storage pool changed? If yes, please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Issue Report, then send it to our technical support email ([email protected]). We will analyze it.

Hello, the problem is that it won't let me select the "array online expansion" option (the box doesn't select, it stays white), but only "Repair Array or "add disks to Raid." But another thing I'm not clear, if I were to select the option "array online expansion" , would my volume lose the data on it? Or would the volume just be expanded?

Expanding the array will not affect your data. Regarding the issue of being unable to select, you can collect a system report and send it to us for analysis.
