TerraMaster HW Raid Manager not showing Disks

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I recently bought the TerraMaster D5-300 and filled it with 5 WD Red Plus 4tb Hard drives. I've formatted the drives and initialized them but for some reason, they are not showing up in the HW Raid Manager software. I keep getting an error message in the RAID and Disk Information window that says "No disks or RAID!". Has anyone got any ideas as to how I can fix this, please? If it helps I'm using an iMac. Any suggestions would be really appreciated, I've been going round and round in circles trying to figure out what's wrong for hours now!
