2FA authentication is not functioning
Problems setting up 2FA authentication. When I scan the QR code with the app on my phone and then follow all the steps, I always get the error message “the code is incorrect” at the end, i.e., the code generated by the app. I have tried this several times, even with other phones and user accounts, and I get the same error message every time. This means it is not possible to use the 2FA function. I am using the current TOS 6.0 version.

Due to different verification code validity rules, verification code errors may occur when using other 2FA authentication tools. We recommend that you use our independently developed application, TNAS mobile.

Thank you for your feedback. Of course, I use TerraMaster's own TNAS mobile app version 3.4.041 for 2FA authentication and not a third-party app to ensure compatibility. The app also generates a code regularly, but an error message always appears when you enter the code.

What are your current TOS and TNAS Mobile versions?
