The system log report creation interface only supports adding text descriptions. If you need to send screenshots, please send us the system log report file and the screenshot file together as attachments to an email. This will allow us to obtain the most complete information.
To create a complete system log report, TNAS collects, organizes, and compresses data from several components, including the system kernel, various services, and applications. To ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data, this process usually takes a few minutes. Thank you for your patience.
