D2-310 2-Bay set to RAID-1 used to work on a previous Intel Mac.
It won't show up in DiskUtility of a newer Mac (M1 Ultra).
Tried both Thunderbolt and USB-C cables (separately and even together). Cables (at least the USB-C one) definitely work (iPhone connected by the same cable starts the Photos app). Each disk separately in a different enclosure is visible in the Finder.
Attempts to reset the D2-310 by pressing and holding the reset button with a pin for 5+ seconds does not produce any more results. I was ready to erase both disks and start from scratch. But they don't show up in Disk Utility to initialize them.
Both disks' lights on the front of the device are steady green.
The Mac OS version is Tahoe 26.0.1. (Tried before upgrading to it on a previous one as well, – didn't work with it either.)
Any ideas how to troubleshoot it?

Re: [Help] D2-310 2-Bay won't show up on DiskUtility
Regarding RAID-1, are you using the D2-310's hardware RAID or the software RAID created on an Intel Mac?
If your RAID 1 was set up as software RAID on an Intel Mac, it will depend on that Intel Mac and typically will not function on other devices.
Is the partition file system in APFS format?
