Did you encounter a restore failure, or is it the same situation as described above? To help us troubleshoot more efficiently, could you please provide the following information:
- What are your backup source and destination?
- Which backup mode are you using?
Please note: Except for Hybrid Mode, other backup modes do not support restore operations.
(Incremental, Mirror, and Multi-version backups generate non-encrypted files, which can be accessed directly without using the “Restore” function.)
If you are using an earlier DB v2.0 version with Hybrid Mode backups, you can perform restore using the old method, as shown in the image below.
