[Discussion] Is this normal?

Greetings,

I just purchased a new F4-423 and added 3 new 12TB drives.

I clicked on the custom installation.
All 3 drives checked good.
Did the online TOS install.
Software downloaded and restarted.

Now I've been stuck on "Loading..., please wait!" for about 3 hours.

Is this normal? If so about how long does it take for it to get to the next step?

Check if your device IP address has been changed after it restart. you can use the TNAS PC desktop or TNAS mobile app to search again your device and find the new IP address.
