[Help] TNAS unable to access remotely

Post by datsunrobbie »

Rebooted F4-423 and now cannot access the NAS. TNAS PC For Windows v5.2.325 on Windows 11 installed. My NAS is listed with two IP addresses, as usual, but then lists "Unable to access remotely". I tried connecting via Edge browser using a link in history and it just sits with a blank screen. Tried turning off Windows Defender Firewall, made no difference.

Hi,
Is your NAS and computer both within the local network?
Based on your description, some services seem to be improperly enabled. Could you please remember what version of TOS you are using?
Please observe the HDD LED indicator on F4-423; if it remains flashing, it may be running a high-load program. You might consider waiting until it stops flashing. Alternatively, you could connect an HDMI display and restart F4-423, observing the last displayed information on the screen.
If you find anything, please continue to inform us here.
