[Help] Failed enlargement of F6-424 Storage Pool

I had two 12 terabyte drives that that I could read and write to and I attempted to add a third 12 TV drive. Now everything is gone. The drives show up in the disk listing but everything else related to dives and volumes is grayed out. What are my options for recovery? Screen shots are below . . .

please generate and download the log report package in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to [email protected] for inspection.
