Are the current Plex versions installed on both F5-221 and F2-424 consistent? Version 6.0.694?

I am not getting a Plex update in the App Center. I am still on 1.41.8.9834 (F2-212).

If the app center does not push updates, you can try installing manually:
https://download3.terra-master.com/Apps ... x86_64.tpk

To clarify...is the Plex app update available for ARM devices (e.g. I have a F2-212)? The link you provided is for x86_64?

Your system version is 5.1.73? Sorry, the new version of Plex for TOS 5 on ARM architecture has not yet been provided by Plex officially. We need to test it before pushing the update.
The installation package for X86 architecture is not compatible with ARM devices.

Just to be sure - Are you saying that you must have an app installed in order to be notified of an update? (Which doesn't seem to work.) Otherwise, why would 2 systems, neither with the app installed, show different versions available? How, exactly, does the app centre update it's version numbers and what would a user need to do to ensure the app versions displayed are up-to-date?

TOS 5 and TOS 6 use the same server, while TOS 4 uses an independent server.
Additionally, the architecture is divided into X86 and ARM types.
Therefore, for devices with the TOS 5 ARM architecture, we have not yet pushed the new Plex version. We will push the update after testing.

I just finished my weekly hope and check process for a Plex Media Server update (hope that there's an update, check if there is one), and there is one. ARM is now on 1.42. Thanks TM
