I keep getting this notices in my System Event log

USB extemal storage divice was abnormally ejected! The USB device must be ejected safely, otherwise data loss may occur

I do not have any USB device plugged in
i do know there is a USB flash drive on the inside ? it my be going bad ?
It not two years old

There might be a fault with the internal USB device. You can open the NAS and remove the USB device.
