No PTZ working and ONVIF events on TAPO cameras

All issues still open on latest update. Since my post of last May 7th in this thread I can record the camera using my script without any issues, rather with the Surveillance APP when playback the video file contains lots of green frames (error).

So question: can you please tell me where I can change the TOS FFMPEG configuration the APP is using to record so I can add the correct parameters to record my camera?

Hello, in this update we addressed issues such as PTZ clicks not triggering movement, live view showing a black screen, and recordings not capturing events. Have these specific problems been resolved for you after the update?

I reviewed the FFmpeg command you use for recording; the Surveillance app currently records to an MP4 container and does not expose those parameter settings.

Please either send us the debug logs or contact support to schedule a remote session with our technical team.
